Reference: A503 We are seeking a senior researcher in the area of health and wellbeing at work. You should have a relevant social science post graduate degree with appropriate research experience to undertake this post. You should be experienced in a range of quantitative and qualitative research methods in organisational and/or clinical settings. You should be able to conduct and analyse interviews and focus groups with patients, user-groups and key stakeholders with the aim of identifying bio-psychosocial factors that can inform practice. You will be able to design, secure funding and lead on large, complex, multi-method research studies, delivering projects to time and budget. This post would suit someone who has extensive experience of research in health in the workplace, intends to pursue an academic career in this field and can work with a high degree of independence.
